The use of any software provided by Techie Support, or the software of third parties, downloaded from the site shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the license provided with the software. Without limiting the generality of the terms contained in any such license, you agree that you will not: (a) modify the software (b) decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software, (c) remove any copyright or other proprietary rights notices from the software. You download software at your own risk and assume complete and exclusive responsibility for any and all losses, damages and liabilities that may result from the use of software downloaded from the site.
We appreciate your comments, remarks, feedback, suggestions, ideas and other submissions you disclose or transmit to us. You grant Techie Support and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform and publicly display (in whole or in part) your comments, your name and any related copyrights, moral rights or other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge and agree that Techie Support will not have any responsibility for the content of comments. You understand that Techie Support acts as a passive conduit for, and does not control, or attempt to control, any information that you, or any other user of this site uploads, posts or transmits to or through the site.
Techie Support may, but is not obligated to, monitor or review user comments and retains the right to delete any user comment at any time. There is no minimum term for any of our monthly subscription services.
Once you have cancelled, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Subscription fees are due at the beginning of each billing period (usually monthly).
Fees will be collected automatically using our payment gateway partner: Stripe.
You must ensure there’s a valid method of payment to keep your account active.
Failing to pay your subscription fees may result in your account being deleted.
All refunds are entirely at our discretion.
We may offer service credit instead of cash, where applicable.
You must ensure we have up to date contact details for you.
Account details must not be shared (however, sharing within the same organisation is usually fine).
Login credentials (username and password) must be kept secure.
We accept no responsibility for customers’ actions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the correct IPs are blocked/not blocked
Service level agreement
We accept no responsibility for losses incurred due to unavailability of services or loss of data.
We may issue refunds due to loss of service, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to terminate the account(s) of any customer deemed to be in violation of the terms set out in this document.
